Meet Joel Mullen
Joel P. Mullen is an estate planning attorney who is passionate about helping families prevent conflict through the new Minnesota Cabin Trust.
He is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, a former board member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Elder Law Council, a frequent speaker on family confilct resolution, and has committed himself to preventing family conflicts over the family cabin.
Joel grew up in Excelsior, MN and currently resides in St. Louis Park with his wife Cindy and their daughter Lucia. They spend their leisure time on Lake MInnetonka and in the beautiful Upper Pennisula of Michigan.
Joel has been interviewed by the Minneapolis Star Tribune for his work with family cabin owners and hosts the website www.cabin-trust-mn.com (a resource for MN family cabin owners). Joel has associated his law firm with The Molever Law Firm in 2010 to assist our clients with the crucial and often overlooked problem of cabin legacy planning.
